The individual is accountable and responsible for answering queries from customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding product and services, troubleshooting of any technical problem, maintaining customer relationship, interaction with customers, high level of listening and concentration. He will be also be accountable for the 5S in the respective area and continuous improvement in the testing procedures and removing non value added activities in the test that is done.

The principal function of the position is to Control, maintain and monitor all process parameters to Produce Carbon Black with desired Quality and Quantity.
5 Engineer - Electrical Maintenance

The Individual is accountable to manage all the activities related to the Electrical Maintenance Department and it's smooth operation. Ensure all the electrical equipment & systems of the plant are working well, controlling the progress of work orders and analyses budget variations to provide corresponding explanations. Adhering to the departmental objectives as defined by the head of the department.
